Jeannie & Peter | Wedding | Negril, Jamaica, July, 2011

In July, I had the pleasure of joining Peter & Jeannie in Negril, Jamaica for their island wedding. It was tons of fun and they had awesome things happening all week for all the 25 or so guests that made the trip to celebrate with them.  I'm doing a mini post about the trip so I can get some photographs up!

The following day, Jeannie and Peter chartered a Catamaran for all of us so we could go on a beautiful boat ride with some snorkeling and a tour of the beautiful buildings and caves that line the coast.  I did get sick on this trip after several hours and got off the boat before they hit a nasty rain storm.  Everyone said it was still fun but they got drenched and the waves were pretty bad!  Here's some photos from the beginning of the trip when the weather was gorgeous....

Here's some photos of the happy couple on there wedding day.  It rained every single day from 2pm to 4pm, which forced them to move the wedding to a covered porch area but it was still beautiful. We took a trip down to the beach after the ceremony and after the rain stopped to get some great shots.....

So many photos that I would love to share but this will have to do for now.  Another great thing that we did was a trash the dress session with Jeannie and Peter the next day and with Jeff and Lindsay, Jeannie's daughter, who's wedding I photographed last year.  She was gracious enough to bring her wedding dress to Jamaica, just to get into the water with it! So much fun and more photos to come!
