Katie & Joe's Backyard Wedding | August 2013

Katie & Joe had the most adorable, 16 person, backyard wedding.  It was a small, intimate affair but loaded with adorable details that really made it special.  Joe crafted and handmade all the benches and the harbor where the ceremony took place and Katie added special details with growing her own sunflowers and then using them for her bouquet.  After the ceremony, the couple took me to several awesome location within the town of Uxbridge, MA to get some gorgeous outdoor photos and then the evening was capped with a delicious, catered dinner and then lit the firepit for a truly fun evening with close family and friends.  Everything about their wedding was personal and private and although it was small....it had a lot of impact!  Take a peak at the photos from the day!

Greg & Rachel's Wedding | Wentworth By the Sea | Rye, NH

Greg & Rachel's wedding started out with lots of wind and rain and I thought we would never get outside to do any photos along the water, however, this is New England and as they say "wait 5 minutes" and the weather will change.  Well, it did....the wind died down, the rain stopped and the fog rolled in and I couldn't believe the backdrop left for their photographs.  We took full advantage of it and here are just a few of my favorites from the day!  Greg & Rachel looked like models as we went from location to location and I was just in love with how mysterious and romantic the day turned out.  Enjoy.....

Vendor Spotlight | Lotus Floral Designs

In this Vendor Spotlight, I wanted to feature Lotus Floral Design.  I worked with them last year and was thrilled to hear we would be working together again on Nicole & Jeff's wedding this year.  Nicole & Jeff are very upbeat, happy people and their wedding was so bright and colorful!  The flowers she selected were spot on with the look and feel of the day and they smelled amazing!  Several times I heard guests commenting on how beautiful, vibrate and pretty the flowers were.  The color theme was just so right for the venue, the weather and this very upbeat couple.  Beautiful job ladies!  I can't wait to work with all of you again on our next adventure. Sneak Peak from Nicole &Jeff's Wedding | Mountain View Grand

Sneak peak from Nicole & Jeff's gorgeous wedding at the Mountain View Grand Spa & Resort in Whitefield, NH.  The weather was crazy, raining one minute and sun beaming the next but overall, it was simply gorgeous.  Congratulations Nik & Jeff! You are both the sweetest couple and we loved being a part of this great day!  May you have a lifetime of wonderful memories and special moments!  More to come!

2013 Summer Solstice Farm2Fork Dinner | Fruitlands Museum

What a truly magical night for the Summer Solstice dinner at Fruitlands Museum a few weeks ago. It was like 95 degrees outside but everything came together so nicely.  A gorgeous draped table with white linen and beautiful flowers were placed across the enormously long table near the Fruitlands Farmhouse.  There was great food provided by Fireside Catering and a cute little band entertaining the close to 100 guests.  I was so excited to be asked to document this event for them and everyone was so gracious and in a great mood for a beautiful evening.  Then a gorgeous, clear full moon came out to end this amazing night.  Here's a sneak peak at some of the photos from the event....
