Kerri & Mark | Married | 22 August 2009

Kerri & Mark had a spectacular wedding from start to finish. On the way up to her wedding, the weather wasn't looking great but in the end, the sky opened up and it was a gorgeous day. We went to Post Office Square in Boston for some photos and their gorgeous wedding reception was at the amazing Omni Parker Hotel. I just love the bright purple and pink colors she had in the bridesmaids dresses and flowers and the beautiful pink uplight illuminated the reception just beautifully. Thank you to both of you for having us celebrate your gorgeous wedding with you. Enjoy some photos from the evening.

I heard that if you hang a rosary outside the night before your wedding, the next day will be a gorgeous day. I had no idea if this worked, but Kerri didn't take an chances and hung her rosary outside the night before. There may be something to this because the entire drive up to meet Kerri, it was raining and stormy but when I arrived at Kerri's house, the sky opened up and it turned out to be a great day. So brides....you may want to try this!

The Omni Parker Hotel has this cool rooftop deck area where we took the couple for some shots of Boston behind them. I made the mistake of looking over the edge and let me just say....it's a long way down!

Rock-n-Roll Bride.com | Published

My fabulous bridal fashion shoot was recently published on Rock-n-Roll Bride.com. The whole shoot had that rockstar feel and it was an honor that Kat felt it was cool enough to publish and we got the rockstar preferred vendor badge to boot! Gotta love it!

Bridal Fashion Shoot

Doing fashion bridal shoots are so much fun! It allows me to try new poses, angles and the time to really put all the elements together to bring it alive. This shoot was accomplished with some great talent in the industry....I have their information listed below and honestly, without them...I couldn't have pulled off these amazing photographs. Dottie, one of my brides from July came to the studio for some fun, putting her gown back on and just playing a rockstar for the day.

The theme I had for the shoot was "Diamonds"...so we glammed her up with glitter jewelry and heavy makeup. Dottie's gown is fabulous on it's own...it's a designer from Israel and it really is a gorgeous piece of work!

Take a peak at what was captured at this fun fashion shoot and leave your comments. And to all brides considering doing something like this.....give me a call, I am scheduling winter sessions now. This makes a great husband gift or just another reason to throw that gorgeous dress back on and get your sexy back. Don't forget....Christmas isn't that far away and don't forget about Valentine's day!

Here's the information of the team of super stars that participated in the shoot:
