Erin & Branden | Married | July 2010

Erin & Branden's wedding was unique in so many ways. First off, Erin contacted me about 2 weeks prior to her July wedding because the original photographer they hired was not getting back to them and she soon realized they were not going to and she didn't want to be without a photographer. Brides...be careful who you hire, in this tough market, alot of people have entered this field and are taking advantage of couples by offering extremely cheap packages to lure you in. To the photographer who did this...get out of the business if you are not going to operate an honest establishment....weddings are just too important.

This was all great for me but a horrible situation for Erin and she is still dealing with it to try and get her money back. Then Erin went on to tell me that her wedding day was split into 2 different days, the first day was a small, intimate gathering of about 20 people at Branden's family home that consisted of getting ready, ceremony & shots of the couple. Then the second part was a full on reception for about 90 people in Portsmouth the following week. I love how unique the situation was and she wasn't afraid to just do something different and something that worked for them. One of my brides from earlier this year who works with Erin gave her my name to photograph her beautiful wedding and everything went off without any issues at all. Erin and Branden are a sweet couple and were so thankful to have me photograph there wedding. I was happy that was able to help them out and they were a joy to work with . Here's a few photographs from the event. A big shout out to Shane Godfrey for assisting me at this wedding.
